Principal Change Management Lead – Systems Engineering & Proposal Support

Responsibilities

Be responsible for soliciting, coordinating, and consolidating inputs from cross-functional teams, as well as developing the artifacts required to respond to customer RFP, RFC, and ROM requests
Serve as a direct interface to the customer during reviews, briefings, and technical exchanges as necessary to fully understand and successfully respond to customer change requests
Brief Raytheon senior leadership to obtain concurrence prior to presenting a proposed solution to the customer

Required

Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience
Experience with proposal generation, evaluation, reviews, pricing, quality checks, and/or submissions of proposals
Experience with Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Requests for Quotation (RFQs), Requests for Change (RFCs), and/or Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates, preferably in support of government or defense programs
Experience with large-scale Agile Software development process
Active and transferable TS/SCI U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain a Polygraph after start

Preferred

Strong customer coordination skills, as well as possess the ability to coordinate and consolidate inputs from cross-functional teams
Strong written, verbal and presentation skills; able to brief both Raytheon senior leadership and the customer on a proposed solution
Satellite ground system development experience
Ability to work hand-in-hand with our government counterparts to coordinate, structure, and shape future growth of the program
Ability to work independently and provide technical direction to team members
Ability to assess, recommend, and champion areas for improvement in the overall change management process
