Responsibilities

Collaborate with the design team to create storyboards in a wide variety of styles

Contribute to the concept and execution of motion graphics bringing branding, environmental, and package designs to life in impactful ways

Effectively plan executional approaches to each project

Execute quickly and effectively

Efficiently manage challenges and solve design problems through proactive problem solving

Manage time and consistently meet deadlines

Consistently drive excellence in design across all projects

Required

Experience designing for CPG brands

Ability to identify and distill a brand's needs

Convey brand needs through graphic design, typography, video, and motion

Well versed in both 2D and 3D animation with a variety of styles and a modern aesthetic

Strong conceptual approach

Flawless execution

Collaborate with the design team to create storyboards in a wide variety of styles

Contribute to the concept and execution of motion graphics

Effectively plan executional approaches to each project

Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S

Proficiency in Cinema 4D (including animation features)

Proficiency in Sketchup

Proficiency in Redshift

Proficiency in Adobe Dimension

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Overall, Illustrator and Photoshop

Proficiency in Adobe After Effects

BA or equivalent in Motion Design, Animation, or a related design discipline

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines simultaneously with accuracy and excellence

3-5 years working with branding and design agency

Preferred

Excellent creative thinking and design capabilities, including typography, color, graphic development, etc

3D modeling expertise

2D & 3D animation expertise

Principles of lighting, textures and materials

Storyboarding

Video editing and post-production
