Responsibilities
Take the lead in the patient care experience by prepping and maintaining our Operating Rooms for surgical procedures
Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders and partners, from our scheduling team to surgeons
Work in a dynamic, fast-paced, problem-solving environment while maintaining vigilance of instruments and supplies used during surgical procedures
Perform scrub role while supporting patient safety a sterile environment
Support of post-operative tasks, including removal of contaminated instruments, decontamination, sterilization and turnover of the Operating Room
Qualification
Required
Completion of a Surgical Technologist program AND one year of experience assisting clinical staff in a variety of operative procedures in an operating room environment OR equivalent education/experience
Registered by the State of Washington as a Surgical Technologist
Preferred
Certification as scrub technologist
Six months of experience as an Operating Room Technician in a hospital operating room or childbirth center

$10,000 Sign-On Bonus
Night Shift Premium - $2.50/hour
Evening Shift Premium - $1.75/hour
Weekend Shift Premium - $2.50/hour
Certification Premium - $1.25/hour
