Responsibilities

Owning end-to-end design process—problem discovery, scoping, map user flows wireframe concepts, and pixel perfect handoffs to product/eng
You will partner with your pod (product manager/engineers) to scope project work, define design process, and timeline
We work in Figma, you’re proficient in Figma or able to learn it rapidly
Build & testing prototypes
Managing and overseeing structured design files and work spaces
Contribute to the design system

Required

Proficient in Figma or able to learn it rapidly
Build & testing prototypes
Managing and overseeing structured design files and work spaces
Contribute to the design system
Can frame strong rationales for design decisions and persuade peers and executives
Design decisions calibrated by research and data
Strong collaborator with product managers, engineering teams, and fellow designers
Communicates concisely with both pixel and words
Systems thinker: Able to see the big picture, understanding how various elements of a system are interconnected and influence each other
Demonstrates deep understanding and alignment of business goals, competitive landscape, and user needs
Proven ability to both work within and enhance design systems
Demonstrate current knowledge of product design trends and best practices
Track record of leading projects that have shipped across web and mobile
Minimum 5 years experience in product design

Preferred

Experience in consumer/luxury product design
Experience in data visualization
Experience in fintech
Experience in workflow UI and funnels
Experience in content management systems
