Responsibilities
Operate saws and nail guns to cut and assemble lumber to spec; measure and mark materials accurately
Assist with line setup/breakdown, monitor equipment, and help meet daily production goals
Safely lift, sort, and store lumber by size and quality; maintain organized inventory
Follow all safety protocols, wear PPE, keep work areas clean, and report issues promptly
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in a warehouse, lumberyard, or related production environment
Proficiency in operating saws, nail guns, and measuring tools
Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding role
Strong attention to detail with excellent measurement accuracy
Maintain a safe work environment
Ability to stand, walk, and operate equipment for extended periods
Frequent lifting, carrying, and moving of heavy lumber pieces
Must be able to work in varying environmental conditions, including temperature fluctuations
Must have experience in general labor, woodworking, construction, or any related area
Must be able to safely operate equipment
