Flutter and Dynamics Engineer
Heart Aerospace is developing the ES-30, a regional hybrid-electric airplane aimed at decarbonizing aviation. As a Flutter and Dynamics Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, analyzing, and verifying the aircraft loads and dynamics for this innovative aircraft.

Develop, analyze, and verify aircraft loads and dynamics of our clean sheet hybrid-electric aircraft
Qualification
Required
2+ years professional experience in aircraft Finite Element Modeling and aeroelasticity, with a solid Proficiency in HyperMesh, SimCenter 3D, FEMAP or similar FEA tools and aeroelastic solver tools such as NASTRAN or ZAERO
Experience in CAD design tools such as Siemens NX, and ability to set up simulations from mechanical design data
Strong software development knowledge in Python, MATLAB, or a similar language
Minimum: Bachelor's in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, civil engineering or similar
Preferred
Foundation in flutter analyses including aerodynamics and flexible body dynamics
Familiarity with the principles of vibration and environmental qualification testing standards like DO-160G
Experience with Composite Structures
Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English
Experience developing software in a team environment (including version control and CI/CD)
Experience building optimization pipelines that integrate disparate workflows and tools
Passion for aircraft and electrification of the aviation industry
Desired: Master's or above in aerospace engineering
