Responsibilities

Process vendor invoices, expense reports and payment requests

Match purchase orders and invoices to ensure two way matching

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies and inquiries promptly. Assist with month-end and quarter-end close activities, including accruals

Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements

Collaborate with procurement and other departments to resolve PO-related issues

Maintain organized documentation and audit trail of AP activities

Support other team members throughout the organization

Required

3+ years of experience in accounts payable or similar finance function

Proficient in accounting software and ERP systems

Solid understanding of general accounting principles and AP best practices

Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and attention to detail

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Preferred

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred

Oracle experience preferred
