Program Site Director

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of after-school, holiday camp, and summer camp operations
Supervise program staff and participants to ensure safety and compliance
Maintain accurate reporting in the COMPASS online system; ensure timely submission of required reports
Oversee payroll procedures, including staff supervision and approvals
Develop, implement, and monitor program activities, lesson plans, and participant attendance
Work in close coordination with HANAC Program Supervisors, School Leadership, DYCD, and OCFS representatives
Hire, train, evaluate, and discipline staff as needed
Conduct ongoing quality reviews and implement program improvements
Ensure adherence to all licensing and certification requirements

Required

BA in Education, Youth Development, or related field (or completion of NYS SACC Credential Course; proof required during hiring)
Minimum three years of supervisory experience working with elementary school students in a youth development setting
Strong leadership, organizational, and program management skills
Must successfully complete OCFS/PETS medical and background clearance
Must provide a recent medical exam, including proof of PPD test, upon hire

Preferred

Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
