Responsibilities
Design and develop complex machinery and electromechanical systems for manufacturing applications
Research and apply engineering principles to optimize performance, safety, and efficiency
Design tooling, dies, molds, jigs, and fixtures to support production and prototyping needs
Ensure designs meet manufacturing requirements and quality standards
Create detailed 3D models and engineering drawings using SolidWorks
Manage design files and revisions within a Product Data Management (PDM) environment
Generate and maintain documentation for design transfer, validation, and compliance
Recommend and implement technology solutions to improve system performance and reduce costs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transition designs from R&D to manufacturing
Lead design projects and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
Provide guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians

Required
Electromechanical Design of Machinery
Design of Tooling, Dies, Molds, Jigs, or Fixtures
SolidWorks Design Environment with PDM Experience
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME preferred)
