Program Assistant; Part-time, Temporary
The State University of New York is dedicated to recognizing and supporting outstanding K-12 public school STEM teachers through the New York State Master Teacher Program. The Program Assistant will maintain program data organization and provide support to staff and participants, contributing to the overall success of this educational initiative.

Responsibilities
Assist with dissemination, collection, and analysis of member participation data
Support communications updates and preparation of programmatic reports
Assist with application review process
Perform data, logistics, and other tasks as assigned by the Executive Director
Qualification
Required
Bachelors' degree
At least three years of professional experience
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Outstanding interpersonal skills
Strong writing and verbal communication skills
Strong work ethic, energy level, and creativity that translate into enthusiasm for the successful accomplishment of program goals
Fluidity with Microsoft Suite products including Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, and Google Workspace
Preferred
Strong understanding and appreciation for K-12 education, including K-12 counseling and higher education
Training and/or experience with a range of digital/print/online social media platforms
Familiarity with social media platforms
