The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates while building relationships with both candidates and hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process.

Responsibilities
Conduct full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates
Utilize various platforms for HR sourcing, including social media management and job boards
Engage in technical recruiting for specialized roles, ensuring alignment with organizational needs
Manage talent acquisition strategies through effective negotiation and relationship management
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment plans
Implement employee orientation programs to facilitate smooth onboarding experiences
Maintain accurate records in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Lever, Workday, or iCIMS
Conduct employee evaluations and support employee relations initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture
Participate in campus recruitment efforts to attract emerging talent
Stay updated on employment & labor law to ensure compliance throughout the hiring process
Conduct cold calling for lead generation purposes to expand candidate pools
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders
Ability to conduct research effectively to identify potential candidates through various channels including social media platforms
Understanding of contracts related to employment and labor laws is essential
A proactive approach to problem-solving with excellent negotiation skills
Preferred
Proven experience in recruiting or staffing roles with a focus on technical recruiting and executive recruiting preferred
Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Paychex, ADP, or UltiPro is advantageous
Experience using Salesforce or Kronos for managing recruitment processes is beneficial
Knowledge of training & development practices as well as succession planning strategies is a plus
