Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Alpaca Health is dedicated to empowering independent BCBAs to start their own ABA practices without the burdens of administrative tasks. As a Founding BCBA, you will lead clinical practices, develop programs, and build a team while focusing on client care and community engagement.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement evidence-based ABA programs, ensuring the highest standards of clinical excellence and ethical practice
Collaborate with our team to set up guidelines and processes for your team
Recruit, train, and mentor RBTs and, eventually, other BCBAs to deliver compassionate, effective care under your guidance
Build strong relationships with families, providing education and support to ensure client satisfaction and positive outcomes
Monitor client progress through data analysis and make program adjustments as needed to ensure meaningful outcomes
Conduct functional assessments and complete assessment and progress reports accordingly
Communicate with our team on administrative tasks to meet healthcare regulatory needs, payor requirements, and key deadlines
Qualification
Required
Valid BCBA Certification
Master's Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or Related Field
Applicable licensure to practice in your state of interest
Minimum three years experience in ABA
Strong leadership skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Preferred
Supervisory roles preferred
