Responsibilities
Performs simple to semi-complex tasks in the preparation for medical device assembly
Places parts in specified relationship to each other per written documentation
Assembles components according to approved standards and procedures
Reads and follows procedures to assemble, start-up, and operate production equipment
Perform moderately complex set-ups, adjustments, operates, maintains, and cleans machines moderate complexity to perform assembly process on assembly line
Works at different workstations as production needs require
Perform moderately complex first piece inspections using simple test equipment
Accurately records and completes manufacturing documentation, i.e., logbooks
Communicates problems to supervisor, technician, or engineer
Perform stock/kanban transactions and enter lot information into computer/terminal
Has completed basic production, health, safety, and environmental hazard training courses
Must be able to perform job functions while walking and/or standing up to 100% of the time during a shift
Follows all corporate, safety and production standard operating procedures
Responsible for ensuring personal and company compliance with all Federal, State, local and company regulations, policies and procedures for Health, Safety and Environmental compliance

Requires a minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience
