The role focuses on engaging with customers, building relationships, and raising awareness of the Closet Factory brand within local Costco locations.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner to promote brand awareness
Educate customers about our products and services, highlighting key features and benefits
Demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for the Closet Factory brand, effectively communicating our brand message
Distribute samples and promotional materials to showcase our products
Assist customers with inquiries and provide excellent customer service
Collaborate with Costco staff to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers
Collect feedback from customers and relay it to the appropriate teams within the company
Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the Costco warehouse
Adhere to company policies and guidelines at all times

Required

Minimum High School Diploma or GED
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
Charismatic and outgoing personality with the ability to engage with diverse audiences
Enthusiasm for the brand and a genuine interest in helping customers
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to different Costco locations (Homestead, Robinson, and Cranberry, Twp.)

Preferred

Previous experience in customer service, marketing, or a related field
