Administrative Assistant, Sales Support (56386)
AAA Northeast is a top employer committed to serving its members and community. The Administrative Assistant will support the External Operations department by generating leads and promoting automotive opportunities, while also providing administrative support to the team.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to Field Consultants and Management so they may achieve monthly and quarterly member satisfaction targets
Independently uncover and qualify potential leads
Conduct outbound calls to prospective businesses. Guide prospects through program requirements and document all activity
Assist in the development and execution of marketing deliverables, campaigns and initiatives, utilizing multimedia formats. Update and maintain the AAA Northeast Service Provider online portal. Track effectiveness of marketing efforts and suggest improvements
Work closely with the Management and AAA resources to strengthen messaging and achieve common goals. Provide insights and feedback to help refine sales and marketing tactics
Participate in team meetings, training sessions and professional development
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma
3-5+ years experience in administrative support or office management
2+ years experience in customer service, telemarketing or a similar role
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field
