Program Aide
The Salvation Army USA Eastern Territory is hiring a Program Aide to assist with learning programs and homework for York City students. The role involves providing support to students, maintaining a clean environment, and communicating effectively with the Learning Center Director.

Responsibilities
Assist students with nightly homework
Assist students with learning programs, this includes accurate attendance and student assessments (student behaviors and ability to complete assigned tasks) and program assessment
Provide additional study aids and tools for students who appear to be struggling with assignments
Communicate regularly with the Learning Center Director
Follow and enforce discipline policy of the Learning Center
Maintain a clean working environment
Attend all training and staff meetings
Other job related duties as assigned

Child Protection Clearances PA Act 153 requires that all prospective employees complete the following clearance and background checks: PA Child Abuse History Clearance, PA State Police Criminal Record Check and FBI Criminal Record/Fingerprint Check
