Setting up mechanical research equipment
Developing experimental protocols
Biomechanics development in orthopedics
Implementing protocols
Providing engineering technical expertise and analysis
Use of x-ray computed tomography (CT)
Radiation dosimetry
X-ray physics
Proficiency in Matlab and/or C++ programs
Work in a special engineering group
Process and test algorithms
Informatics
Data for computer programming
Implement algorithms to apply to concepts, research, and clinical applications and devices
Qualification
Required
Ph.D. background in Engineering or related field
Experience in setting up mechanical research equipment
Ability to develop experimental protocols
Experience in biomechanics development in orthopedics
Proficiency in implementing protocols
Engineering technical expertise and analysis
Experience with x-ray computed tomography (CT)
Knowledge of radiation dosimetry
Understanding of x-ray physics
Proficiency in Matlab and/or C++ programs
Experience in processing and testing algorithms
Knowledge of informatics and data for computer programming
Ability to implement algorithms for research and clinical applications
Demonstrated potential for research as evidenced by training and peer-reviewed publications
Proof of English proficiency for J-1 visa categories
