ENGINEER III - FACILITIES
Hard Rock Casino Cincinnati is seeking an Engineer III for Facilities management. The role involves maintaining and repairing HVAC systems, managing building automation systems, and performing various maintenance tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of the facilities.

Responsibilities
Maintain and repair buildings’ HVAC systems, including replacing worn or defective parts, such as motors, switches, fuses, contacts, wiring, etc
Understand Building Automation Systems and have the ability to identity problems and present proactive solutions
Working knowledge of DDC controls
Measures superheat temperatures and make superheat adjustments
Operate refrigerant recovery equipment, vacuum pumps, charging equipment and service gauges
Replaces burned out light bulbs, checks electrical circuits, repair dimmers, refrigeration controls and contacts
Ability to use volt, ohm meter and read electrical schematics
Ability to wire motors and motor controls
Fabricates office partitions, doors, cornices, counters, panel walls and ceilings
Performances all maintenance necessary to keep all locks and locking devices in functional and safe operating condition
Installs, connects and tests sanitary plumbing fixtures, fire sprinklers, hydraulics, refrigeration, various gases, steam and other pressure systems
Performs water-testing treatment for boilers and chillers
Perform preventative maintenance work orders according to the schedule and plan
Complete and submit paperwork in a timely manner, so that the CMMS can be properly updated
Taking ownership of inventory and ordering of spare parts and materials in a timely manner
Qualification
Required
5 years of journey-level experience
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
Must be able to get along with co-workers and develop team work
Must present a well-groomed appearance
High school diploma or equivalency certificate is required
Five or more years of mechanical experience, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry required; or equivalent combination of training, education, and experience
Must possess a valid driver's license
EPA certification (for refrigerant handling)
Preferred
Universal CFC certification
