Responsibilities
Answers incoming service calls
Makes outbound calls, texts and emails to previous customers, recall lists, and other manifest lists in an effort to schedule appointments for our service department team
Qualification
Required
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Comfort level with being on the phone
Ability to utilize calls, texts, and emails
Zero experience is acceptable
