They are seeking applicants for their Graduate Program as an Implementation Analyst, where new hires will be involved in software implementation projects, working closely with experienced consultants to enhance client processes.

Responsibilities
Assist with and develop skills in one or more areas of software implementation, such as:
Undertaking testing and quality assurance of Alfa Systems
Issue investigation and recreation, raising issues with the Product Engineering Team / on project with sufficient detail so they can be progressed
Escalate high priority issues
Installing and configuring Alfa Systems
Environment management and product releases
Data migration development and execution
Simple business requirements and gap analysis
Sharing information and documenting knowledge
Learn about Alfa Systems and how our products are used by our customers
Build relevant technical skills such as SQL/Java and processes such as debugging
Undertake requirements gathering and development of new features in Alfa Systems
Continuous development of people, teamwork and communication skills including developing relationships with the customer project team
Qualification
Required
Recent graduate or expected graduate by July 2026 from a recognized university
Ability to work on client projects or internal investment teams
Willingness to learn about software implementation and business processes
Basic technical skills such as SQL/Java
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to undertake requirements gathering and development of new features
Capability to assist with testing and quality assurance of software
Ability to document knowledge and share information
Willingness to build relationships with customer project teams
