Planning and coordinating events, programs, and activities that support Virginia Tech’s on-campus internship program
Contributing to successful work-based learning and internship support services
Collaborating with campus partners to advance curricular and co-curricular experiential learning initiatives
Consulting with employers and organizations offering work-based learning opportunities to students
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree
Strong communication and excellent interpersonal skills
Project/program coordination
Attention to detail
Organizational skills
Ability to work independently while also collaborate and work on a team
Demonstrated adaptability and professionalism
Preferred
Experience in higher education or human resources
Demonstrated skills in data/budget management
Willingness to contribute new ideas
Experience with design software and marketing strategies
