Responsibilities

Manage a broad range of complex litigation matters in federal and state courts, as well as arbitration forums, across the country

Handle aspects of complex civil litigation matters, including client communications, motion practice, discovery, court appearances, mediations and negotiating settlements

Taking and defending fact and expert depositions

Required

Ability to balance multiple priorities and deliver timely, quality assignments in fast paced environment

Currently admitted to practice in Nebraska with an active bar license in good standing or able to be admitted within one year required

1+ years experience in civil litigation

Excellent academic credentials

Preferred

Candidates with experience one or more of the following: complex business litigation, product liability and other tort litigation preferred but not required
