Responsibilities
Perform statistical analyses, exploratory data analysis, data research, study the data thoroughly, running custom SQL queries, and identifying patterns and trends that can improve our products’ and services’ efficiency and usability
Work as an individual contributor and provide robust insights, analysis and analytical reporting to interpret results and inform key business areas on trends and business insights
Maintain good relationship with stakeholders
Be proactive to learn new skills per business requirement
Familiar with extraction of relevant data, cleanse and transform data into insights that drive business value, through use of data analytics, data visualization and data modeling techniques
Identify patterns in large datasets data
Implement algorithms and statistical models to enable a computer to automatically learn from data
Write computer programs and analyze large datasets to uncover answers to complex problems
Communicate actionable insights using data, often for a non-technical audience
Find analytical solutions to abstract business issues
Connect with stakeholders to gain a full understanding of the problems they’re looking to solve
Perform data mining, exploration, and analysis
Ability to store and process unstructured data with NoSQL databases and machine learning models
Design, train, and implement machine learning algorithms
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and maintain data security protocols
Leverage predictive models to optimize customer experiences
Creating automated anomaly detection
Qualification
Required
3+ year of relevant experience
Technical Bachelor's Degree. Preferably in statistics, computer science, mathematics, or engineering
Preferred
EXCELLENT knowledge on Statistical analysis: Identify patterns in large datasets data
Expert level knowledge on AI / ML techniques
Strong knowledge of Python & R, MS Azure ML Studio, AWS, or Google Cloud
Knowledge of data science toolkits such as R, NumPy, and MatLab
Apply the principles of artificial intelligence, database systems, human/computer interaction, numerical analysis, and software engineering
Write computer programs and analyze large datasets to uncover answers to complex problems
Communicate actionable insights using data, often for a non-technical audience
Find analytical solutions to abstract business issues
Connect with stakeholders to gain a full understanding of the problems they're looking to solve
Communicate across a diverse audience across all levels of an organization
Apply objective analysis of facts before coming to a conclusion
Look beyond what's on the surface to discover patterns and solutions within the data
Perform data mining, exploration, and analysis
Ability to store and process unstructured data with NoSQL databases and machine learning models
Design, train, and implement machine learning algorithms
Strong attention to detail and accuracy of output
Advanced knowledge of SQL and Excel
Experience working in an Agile environment delivery, including user story grooming and sprint planning, development, and user acceptance
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and maintain data security protocols
Strong Data Visualization skills preferably MS PowerBI
Keeping up to date with the latest tools and trends
Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
Leverage predictive models to optimize customer experiences
Creating automated anomaly detection
