Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
Diagnose and resolve complex problems related to IT systems and applications
Perform network hardware maintenance and implementation
Investigate and evaluate emerging technologies
Oversee maintenance, configuration and reliable operation of computer systems
Perform regular system updates
Lead or participate in IT projects
Implement and manage security measures to protect the organization’s IT infrastructure
Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT systems
Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT systems
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field
1-3 years of experience in an IT role
Operating systems experience
Project management skills
