Futurex is seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join their dynamic team. The role involves creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for digital products while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities

Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and preferences
Analyze data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement in the user experience
Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to visually communicate design concepts
Iterate and refine designs based on user feedback and usability testing
Develop high-quality, visually appealing UI designs that align with the overall product vision and brand guidelines
Collaborate with graphic designers to implement visual design elements
Conduct usability testing to gather valuable insights and feedback for continuous improvement
Make data-driven decisions to optimize and enhance the user experience
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders
Communicate design ideas and rationale effectively to both technical and non-technical team members
Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to UI/UX design and development

Required

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., HCI, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects and highlighting problem-solving skills
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
Solid understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and deadlines
