Administrative Assistant, Sales Support (56386)

Consumer Services
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to Field Consultants and Management so they may achieve monthly and quarterly member satisfaction targets
Independently uncover and qualify potential leads
Conduct outbound calls to prospective businesses. Guide prospects through program requirements and document all activity
Support marketing campaigns and initiatives
Participate in team meetings, training sessions and professional development
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma required
3-5+ years experience in administrative support or office management required
2+ years experience in customer service, telemarketing or a similar role required
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field preferred
