Responsibilities
Monitor industry trends, competitor moves, and customer feedback to refine our sales strategies and keep Belong ahead of the curve
You’ll turn interested homeowners into lifelong Belong advocates by showcasing our unique value proposition
Develop deep, lasting connections with homeowners. Your approach will make them feel understood, valued, and confident in choosing Belong
Prepare and guide junior Account Executives for high-impact calls, sharing your expertise to elevate team performance
Implement and execute strategic sales plans to exceed aggressive revenue targets and fuel Belong’s expansion across the U.S
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of experience in remote B2C sales
Winning mindset with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets in fast-paced environments
Exceptional organizational and communication skills, both on the phone and in person
Team player with the ability to contribute to a fast-paced environment
Robust problem-solving and analytical capabilities, hardworking and driven to succeed
Adaptability and comfort with ambiguity
Preferred
Experience in real estate or hospitality is a valuable asset
Experience in SaaS sales, Salesforce, or other CRMs
