Responsibilities

Originate new client relationships for BNEF’s product offering and services
Work on strategic development of key client relationships in conjunction with the BNEF account management team
Collaborate with counterparts in Bloomberg's terminal business in the territory to grow and expand existing relationships and pursue new leads
Travel and conduct face-to-face meetings with clients and prospects in the territory
Coordinate client events by inviting clients/prospects and handling logistics
Assist in the preparation of major sales activities, such as content presentations to senior audiences
Provide constructive feedback to product and analysis teams regarding client needs
Manage proposals and contracts

Required

A Bachelor's Degree at a minimum
Minimum of five years of experience building energy, utility, industrial and/or tech industry relationships
Experience building enterprise relationships
A track record of exceeding sales targets year over year
A strong interest and experience in energy transition and sustainability
Desire and ability to travel to conduct face-to-face meetings with clients and prospects
A confirmed ability to work on parallel tasks and collaborate across teams
An assiduous attention to detail

Preferred

Excellent interpersonal skills
Experience carrying a sales target and exceeding revenue expectations
Knowledge or experience with the Bloomberg terminal and/or BNEF's web product
Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and related sales tools
