Engineering Manager, Therapist Success

As the Engineering Manager for Therapist Success, you will lead the team building the clinical platform that supports therapists in delivering high-quality care and improving clinical workflows.

Responsibilities
Lead Therapist Success engineering end to end: roadmap, execution, and outcomes
Build and operate clinician workflows for session prep, documentation, and real-time decision support
Turn complex clinical data into clear, actionable surfaces like care history, summaries, and playbooks
Raise the bar on reliability, performance, and quality for therapist-facing systems
Partner tightly with Product, Design, and Clinical leadership on strategy, prioritization, and quarterly planning
Own the technical approach: architecture, data contracts, and cross-team integration decisions
Hire and develop a high-performing team through strong onboarding, coaching, and performance management
Create a culture of ownership, velocity, and clinical empathy across engineering and stakeholders
Qualification
Required
6+ years of professional experience developing user-facing web or mobile applications that deliver meaningful business value
2+ years of people management experience in software engineering
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
Expertise and hands-on production experience with an application programming language, preferably Python
Strong ability to manage ambiguity and break down complex problems into clear, iterative solutions
Demonstrated experience owning meaningful scope within an application engineering team, including making or contributing to critical technical tradeoff decisions with cross-team impact
Please note: candidates located within a 75-minute commute of our NYC office are expected to work onsite 4 days/week
