Responsibilities
Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times
Provide a warm, welcoming, and personalized experience for all members and guests
Assist with tee time reservations and communicate clearly and professionally by phone and in person
Support day-to-day golf operations including: Tournament coordination and execution, Managing pace of play, Restocking and merchandising golf shop inventory, GHIN system management
Assist with opening, closing, and securing the golf shop and storage areas following established procedures
Play golf with members, guests, and course raters to represent the resort and foster relationships
Stay informed and able to communicate resort policies, procedures, and offerings
Qualification
Required
Registered PGA Associate or current PGA Member in good standing
Successful completion of the PGA Playing Ability Test (PAT)
Familiarity with POS systems, tee sheet software, and golf tournament platforms
Strong understanding of customer service and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences
Solid playing ability and a desire to grow within the golf industry
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
