Mid LevelBy The Sea Resorts is looking for an energetic Internet/BDC Sales Manager. In this role, you will manage the internet staff, monitor leads for vehicle sales, and ensure effective follow-up with potential customers.

Managing internet staff & monitoring leads that come in for New and Pre-Owned vehicles
Direct the staff to follow up the leads with phone calls and emails
Meet with the Sales Managers to update them on the status of all prospects
Keep track of all leads
Month end reporting will include ROI on sales leads, Salesperson efficiency and closing ratios
Qualification
Required
Energetic Internet/BDC Sales Manager
Responsible for managing internet staff
Monitoring leads for New and Pre-Owned vehicles
Direct staff to follow up leads with phone calls and emails
Ensure future customers have all the information needed to make a purchase
Meet with Sales Managers to update on the status of all prospects
Follow up and organization skills
Track an average of 600 leads per month
Month end reporting including ROI on sales leads, Salesperson efficiency and closing ratios
