Responsibilities

Lead, and support projects focused on stormwater management, watershed planning, drainage design, flood mitigation, and environmental compliance
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions that enhance water quality, improve infrastructure resilience, and support sustainable development
Designing stormwater systems
Conducting hydrologic and hydraulic modeling
Preparing technical reports
Ensuring projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or field of expertise or equivalent experience
Licensed Professional Engineer
5+ years of experience in appropriate field of expertise
Self-motivated, engaged, and team-oriented with the ability to work independently
Execute multiple tasks under pressure and prioritize responsibilities
Exhibit leadership in planning and/or design concepts and methods and challenge convention
Ability to successfully manage all internal aspects of projects/project tasks
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability and willingness to mentor and lead technical staff
Energetic, flexible, confident, and forward thinking
AutoCAD/Civil3D, RAS, SWMM, or similar tools experience
