As a Floor Supervisor, you will lead the store team, assist in achieving sales goals, and contribute to a positive work environment while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

Assist in maximizing and achieving store sales goals and monitoring sales progress against key targets

Inspire a consumer centric mindset within the store, and model selling behaviors through genuine interactions with consumers

Under the direction of the management team, assist in supervising and coaching a high-performing team and provide sales-related feedback

Ensure all company and store policies and procedures are followed, and delegate tasks to associates as needed to maintain operational excellence

Lead an environment of productivity by leading the customer engagement on the sales floor and providing coaching and feedback to associates around customer engagement

Assist in executing the management of labor and payroll expenses to maximize sales and productivity under the direction of the management team

Report concerns directly to the Store Manager

You and the team successfully meet and exceed sales results and business goals

Lead by example, promote an inclusive store environment, and contribute to great consumer experiences in all situations

Required

Proof of being fully vaccinated for COVID-19 on the first day of employment, absent need for medical or religious accommodations or other exemptions as allowed by state and local law

1+ years of related professional/retail experience

Ability to meet business goals by driving results through store teams

Ability to coach and motivate a team to excel at sales & profit results

Proven communication skills

Being solution oriented

Ability to be flexible in a fast-paced environment

Standing required for entire work shift

Bend, lift, open, and move product up to 50 pounds (as needed)
