Make key technical decisions and implement large software projects to help Motion scale the next 2 orders of magnitude
Take ownership of projects and lead them to completion while dealing with ambiguity
Quickly familiarize yourself with a complex product and code base
Collaborate effectively with other talented engineers
Qualification
Required
Experience as a software engineer with the ability to make key technical decisions and implement large software projects
Ability to take ownership of projects and lead them to completion while dealing with ambiguity
Strong learning capability to quickly familiarize with a complex product and code base
Strong understanding of how to create the most impact and focus on solving customer problems
Effective collaboration skills with other talented engineers in a competitive environment
Preferred
Familiarity with the Javascript ecosystem
Experience with Typescript, Node.js, React, React Query, NestJS, Postgres, and Temporal
Benefits
Bonus: $0 - $150,000
Total Compensation: $504,000 - $965,000 (includes equity & bonus)
