Responsibilities
Build and deploy terminal & POS devices in a timely and accurate manner
Meet daily productivity targets as established by management
Adhere to standard operating procedures as outlined in training sessions and documentation
Participate in additional training and refresher courses as needed
Meet or surpass 89% quality standards
Escalate issues to the management team and follow up on the status and progress
Other duties as assigned by team lead or manager
Qualification
Required
At least 1 year of experience in Payments or a similar industry
High School Diploma
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand complex processes
Ability to work across various systems simultaneously
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in using various tools and platforms, such as CRM, Salesforce, email, chat, etc
Excellent attention to detail
