Wholesale Account Executive
HomeXpress Mortgage Corp is a leading Non-QM mortgage lender known for its speed and convenience in closing mortgage loans. The Wholesale Account Executive will be responsible for building relationships with mortgage brokers, managing sales activities, and providing ongoing support to ensure successful loan processing.

Responsibilities
Cold calling potential clients 30–50 calls per day
Tracking contacts in the company’s CRM
Build relationships with current and new mortgage brokers
Maintains sales contact, pipeline and other pertinent sales activity reports
Trains brokers on HomeXpress Mortgage Corp’s products and policies & procedures to ensure all loan files are complete and within guidelines
Adds value by working directly with brokers and loan officers on marketing programs
Stay abreast of underwriting guideline and program changes
Pre-underwriting/pre-qualifying loan files
Provide on-going service and support to brokers
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1-2 year's experience in Wholesale Lending experience
Active Broker Connections

Computer/Technology savvy
Sales: 2 years
Non-QM: 2 years
Mortgage: 2 years
