They are seeking multiple Senior Tax Managers to support their growth, leading tax engagement teams and managing client relationships while providing tax compliance and consulting services.

Growth Opportunities

Responsibilities

Lead tax engagement teams on various projects
Handle all tax compliance and consulting issues for assigned clients
Keep clients abreast of technical tax changes affecting their industry
Identify opportunities to cross-sell
Look for opportunities to expand tax services
Assist with new business development
Cultivate and maintain effective relationships with external contacts as well as audit counterparts on mutual audit/tax engagements
Mentor, train and assist a strong group of senior and staff associates

Required

BS degree in Accounting, Finance or other business related field
CPA is required
A minimum of 7 years public accounting experience preparing and reviewing tax returns and advising Companies on their tax strategy
Proven success training, mentoring and developing staff
Strong desire to deliver outstanding client service
Excellent research, writing, interpersonal and business development skills
Aptitude and desire to want to make Partner and grow our Tax Services Practice

Preferred

Previous Big 4/National or Regional firm experience preferred
