Education Management
Responsibilities
Supervise the teaching practices of ski instructors and their interactions with guests
Oversee the operations of all Alpine programs, including instructor scheduling and the assigning of instructors to guests
Work with other supervisors and department directors to continually improve the management, operations, and profitability of the department
Contribute to outstanding customer service and the ability of instructors to deliver a world-class product
