Responsibilities

Demonstrates typical cross training skills in linen handling procedures during routine work activities
Conveys materials from receiving area to storage or to other designated areas
Ability to perform quality checks on linen before distributing to the designated areas
Sets up, configures, and reorganizes supply cabinets or areas to maximize inventories; maintains inventory records
Coordinates with other Linen Services Technicians when the supervisor is away from location or involved in activities that require full attention
Routinely maintains work area
Assists nursing personnel with any linen issues
Adheres to internal controls established for department
Performs related duties as required
