Lead by example in implementing the SweatHouz sales model
Welcome prospective clients, provide a premium experience, and convert them into members
Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales associates to meet and exceed monthly sales targets while ensuring exceptional customer service
Schedule shifts and maintain full staffing at all times
Oversee studio cleanliness and ensure a consistent, elevated customer experience
Build relationships within your studio’s community through networking and grassroots marketing initiatives
Participate in weekly leadership meetings to review performance metrics and collaborate on actionable plans with other studio managers
Qualification
