Take over founder-led sales and build direct relationships with customers and partners
Refine our customer journey from first touch to renewal
Optimize ops systems across onboarding, QA, reporting, and internal tooling
Sharpen our service offering and story to fuel scale
Build conviction in what gets us to $10M ARR
Scale Flow into the default CX partner for SaaS and AI
Sell like a founder. Partner with founders. Drive retention
Recruit and lead an A+ team, across ops, delivery, and CX
Run human-in-the-loop systems that blend automation with high-touch service
Use and evolve tooling that makes us more precise, not more bloated
Deliver outcomes with dashboards, SLAs, playbooks, and insight loops
Own onboarding speed, retention, and LTV for every account
Identify new verticals, price points, and service lines
Qualification
Required
You've built or carried something real, ideally from $1M to $10M+
You've closed deals, mapped buyer pain, and scaled processes
You move fast without rushing. You're accountable without posturing
You understand how process, tooling, and people actually scale
You don't have to code, but you think in workflows, tags, and automation
You give feedback, coach talent, and build teams that self-correct
You feel what it's like to lose a user who didn't activate — and you fix it
