Responsibilities

Lead a team of 6+ engineers by setting clear goals and cultivating a high-performing, inclusive culture that values open feedback, continuous learning, and innovation

Own the hiring pipeline to attract and select top-quality, diverse talent aligned with our growth and inclusion goals

Leverage your technical expertise to mentor on design, architecture, and code quality; actively participate in technical decision-making and code reviews; and identify each engineer’s unique strengths to maximize team impact

Implement performance management practices that address issues promptly and empathetically, establish personalized development plans, and regularly coach engineers to align individual and team objectives

Act as a key liaison between Engineering, Product, Design, and other stakeholders by collaborating with peers to streamline processes, drive engineering-wide improvements, and leverage cross-functional insights for strategic staffing and decision-making

Required

Proven track record managing distributed teams
