Responsibilities
You will be responsible for leading the Identity PM team
You will be familiar with industry trends and best practices; you will collaborate with your PM team, data science, engineering and data partnerships to define our identity strategy and the roadmap to get there
You will be responsible for ensuring that the PM team is set up to successfully drive execution against that roadmap; you will provide leadership of deeply technical projects in a complex, fast-paced environment
You will facilitate the career growth of your team
Qualification
Required
10+ years of Product Management experience; including relevant experience with adtech/martech products
Deep understanding of the use cases and technology surrounding data onboarding, ID graphs, and identity management platforms
Experience managing and developing product managers at various levels, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, continuous improvement, and innovation
Strong leadership skills with the ability to set strategic direction, align teams around a shared vision, and drive execution across multiple product lines
Excellent communication/presentation skills both in large and small groups
A proven track record of partnering with engineering teams to solve complex, technical problems and delivering large and impactful software projects
Durability and grit -- sometimes solutions take creative thinking, multiple iterations and staging while dependencies solidify
Collaborative -- the best PMs are not necessarily those with the best ideas, but those that ensure the right thing gets done
