Director of Demand Generation
MCI is one of the fastest-growing tech-enabled business services companies in the USA, seeking a Director of Demand Generation to design and execute integrated campaigns that drive qualified pipeline growth. This role focuses on creating scalable, multi-touch programs that engage complex enterprise buying groups and high-potential mid-market prospects.

Responsibilities
Plan and execute integrated campaigns across email, webinars, paid media, and content syndication
Monitor funnel performance (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution) and optimize campaigns for ROI
Partner with sales leadership to align on lead quality, handoff processes, and revenue goals
Develop targeted strategies for nurturing enterprise DMUs (decision-making units) and scaling outreach for mid-market buyers
Leverage marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce) to improve campaign performance
Manage budgets and allocate spend effectively across demand generation channels
Deliver insights and performance reporting to senior leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred
5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, with a strong background in mid-market and enterprise audiences
Proven success in driving pipeline growth through multi-touch, integrated marketing campaigns
Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce)
Strong analytical skills with a data-first approach to decision-making
Demonstrated ability to build scalable demand generation programs, not just manage existing ones
Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
Must be willing to submit to drug screening
