Assistant Manager - Music Education
Bach to Rock is a family-owned music education enterprise seeking an Assistant Manager - Music Education to support the Site Director in daily operations. The role involves overseeing music education operations, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with the growth of the music education business.

Responsibilities
Run the day-to-day music education operations of the school:
Supervise arrival and departure of students
Provide support to instructors as needed for teaching activities
Maintain complex schedules of classes, staff, and students
Administer daily enrollment, scheduling, retail sales and billing adjustments
Assist with inventory control to ensure appropriate stock levels
Ensure cleanliness of facility
Responsible for timely opening and closing of the school, in conjunction with other management
Provide exceptional customer service:
Greet customers and students in a personable and courteous manner
Proactively communicate operational information with customers
Foster a positive environment where people feel welcome, acknowledged, appreciated and want to ‘hang out’
Support the expansion of the Music Education Business:
Warmly greet prospective customers on the phone and in person
Give facility tours
Explain the BachToRock philosophy and method to prospective customers
Stay up to date on continually updating B2R curriculum
Follow up with prospective customers in person and over the phone
Support external marketing events
Assist with student recruitment and retention of private lessons, bands, classes, and camps
Teach private lessons and group classes, as needed and approved by Site Director

Can work the hours required
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
Business management and/or retail sales experience is preferred but not required
