Responsibilities

Support month-end and year-end close processes

Prepare and maintain accrual workpapers

Review monthly reconciliations prepared by our outsourced accounting firm

Assist with ASC 606 revenue calculations and reconciliations

Maintain accurate records of invoices and invoice-related details for audit and other purposes

Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and readily accessible for review

Assist business compliance across multiple states, including corporate registrations, annual reporting, license maintenance, and tax-related matters

Liaise with government agencies and payroll/benefit vendors to resolve any issues

Manage office mailbox daily, including scanning and storing documents

Assist with ongoing internal projects by verifying the accuracy of migrated information

Address any discrepancies or issues with migrated data to ensure system integrity
