Responsibilities

The attorney will build case defenses and trial themes autonomously while supporting national trial and coordinating counsel teams to manage litigation nationwide for large corporate clients

The attorney will analyze the application of state and federal case and regulatory law to the facts of cases for pre-trial motions and other submissions

The attorney will draft original motions and other litigation-related documents on complex matters, as well as discovery requests and responses

The attorney will interview and prepare witnesses for testimony, take and defend lay, expert, and corporate representative depositions, and argue motions

The attorney will develop client relationships through oral and written communication, draft pre-trial reports, perform risk analysis, and participate in mediations, settlement conferences, and hearings

The attorney will develop overall strategies for case resolution, supervise paralegal work, interact with outside co-defense counsel, negotiate settlements, and participate in networking opportunities to develop client relationships

The attorney will also provide support and assistance to Shareholders, Partners, and Senior Counsel
