Responsibilities
Operate and program pick-and-place machines
Solder and assemble circuit boards
Perform solder joint inspection and quality checks
Support packing, shipping, and inventory management
Conduct basic machine maintenance
As you gain experience, graduate to complex debug and problem-solving on cutting-edge robotics equipment
Communicate with our elite R&D team to debug our various robots
Work in an extremely clean and safe modern factory
Qualification
Required
Must be enrolled in a UMass engineering or related program, for example: Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science
Must be able to attend ~50 hours of initial training during weekday hours (can be completed in 5+ hour blocks, available 24 hrs/day Monday–Friday)
