Senior Sales Operations Analyst

Responsibilities
Own and continuously improve our pipeline reporting and forecasting partnering closely with sales leadership (BDR, Strategic Alliances, Channel Partnerships, Public Sector Sales) to ensure accuracy and insight
Analyze pipeline health and implement strategies to maintain high-quality opportunities across the funnel
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide real-time insights into sales performance, pipeline metrics, and business trends
Lead and execute cross-functional projects that enhance sales processes, tooling, and data integrity
Act as a subject matter expert in Salesforce, collaborating with admins and enabling the sales team with efficient processes and system enhancements
Standardize reporting and analytics to support internal business reviews, leadership updates, and strategic planning
Provide proactive insights and recommendations to optimize territory planning, quota setting, and incentive design
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in sales operations or business operations, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment
Proven track record of partnering with sales leadership to deliver strategic insights and improve forecasting accuracy
Deep understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and funnel metrics
Proficiency in Salesforce with 2+ years of hands-on reporting/dashboard experience; CRM Analytics a plus
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, Pivot Tables, Data connections)
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
Experience with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau)
Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
