Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design projects, including creation of renderings, asset development, and visual presentations for windows and in-store displays
Develop window display concepts incorporating mannequins, propping, fixtures, and marketing materials
Manage and mentor junior designers, providing creative direction and feedback
Ensure all communication is clear, concise, and aligned with brand guidelines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align visual merchandising, store design, and marketing collateral
Maintain consistent project organization and timelines while managing multiple deliverables
Oversee VMD budgeting and finance processes, including PO management and use of COUPA or related platforms

Required

4+ years of experience in senior design or design management roles
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Basic working knowledge of 3D modeling programs (e.g., Google SketchUp, Adobe Dimension)
Strong visual and spatial design skills with an eye for detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions
Highly organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and a collaborative team player
Able to work independently and manage projects within scope, timeline, and budget
Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings and weekends based on business needs

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Visual Merchandising, Graphic Design, or related field preferred — or equivalent professional experience
